Tip: Write Down Your Goals

Once you have your goals defined, write them down to ensure you reach the goals. So why does writing your goals help? It’s an important thing to know; after all, it might seem like a lot of extra work to write something down when you can just as easily store it in your brain, right? Writing the goals down on a piece of paper (and referring to them several times during the day) allows your brain to acknowledge the goals and increases the likelihood of reaching the goals. 

Study after study shows you will remember things better when you write them down. Write down your goals and Fight ON!
