01 FIGHT ON! MENTALITY: THE 7-PRINCIPLES DEFINED (click here to learn more)
Everything we teach, share, and discuss in our online learning management platform is based around the 7 PRINCIPLES of the Fight ON! Mentality. Randy Narciso developed the mental training program through all of his successes (as well as failures) he experienced in his 25+ years in business and 10+ years in coaching. The foundation of training program is based on the 3-Pillars of mental philosophies including Mindfulness, The Growth Mindset, and The Mamba Mentality; with the 7-PRINCIPLES of the program Fearless, I AM Possible, Growth, Habits, Toughness, Obsessive, and Now. Instead of viewing the principles as 7 isolated mental skills, think of them as complementary as they build upon one another and integrate seamlessly to create the Fight ON! Mentality. These 7 key mental principles are what you need to keep pushing forward when faced with adversity; you’ll gain the full understanding of the 7-PRINCIPLES which will form your everlasting belief that mental training develops mental toughness to allow individuals to achieve peak mental performance.

Here, we provide coaches and managers with the teaching methods to re-enforce the 7-pillars of the Fight ON! Mentality. Every player who participates in the Fight ON! Mentality training program, must initially complete the 3 primary foundational courses in Mindfulness, The Growth Mindset, and The Mamba Mentality. We continue to teach our members the Fight ON! Mentality on a daily basis using our mobile app and learning management platform. We provide the exact coaching phrases and mental reminders so students continue to understand and apply the 7-pillars of the Fight ON! Mentality. Coaches can refer to the Fight ON! Guide as a refresher to the Fight ON! Mentality.
03 FIGHT ON! MENTALITY METHOD: GETTING IN THE ZONE (click here to learn more)
There are multiple times during the day where a player’s mind may wander and he or she needs to get back IN THE ZONE, back to the mental state that enables you to perform to the best of your ability. Players can get IN THE ZONE before, during, and after both practices and games by following the FIGHT ON! Method and going through the exact steps. Coaches can walk their players through the Fight ON! Method as a team or allow their players to get back IN THE ZONE individually on their own. In either case, all players should understand how to complete each step correctly.

We provide a full script for coaches and managers to help them walk their athletes and players through the step by step process of the Fight ON! Mentality. In the beginning, it is recommended that you use the Fight ON! Script as the team and players learn the details and understand how to implement the exercises. As a coach becomes more comfortable leading the team through the Fight ON! Mentality, he can go a little off script by adding his own flair to the script or even empowering team members to lead the Fight ON! Mentality.
