In traditional software product management, we use retrospectives to understand what we want to stop doing, start doing, and continue to do. The Fight ON Mentality program emphasizes the importance of understanding where you are at and where you want to go. It forces you to really stop and look at your progress and make changes in order to reach your goal. I found the online program to be very insightful and useful and really re-enforces the importance of goal setting and how to get better every day. Many of the key learning principles can be applied to my job responsibilities immediately.

After completing the Mindfulness course (1st course in Fight ON Mentality), I was able to immediately start using some of the breathing and relaxation exercises. It helped me during stressful family times and allowed me to pause, take a deep breath, and look at family issues at a whole new level. I feel more aware of things that I really didn't pay too much attention to in the past and engaged with all of my family members. The small investment I made in FightON Mentality has certainly paid off 10 times and definitely worth it!

The neurotraining program was is so fun and interactive. My 12 year old daughter gets excited every day, as she gets to train on the Oculus VR headset and play challenging and fun games. She doesn't know that she is actually improving her decision making, reaction time, focus, and hand eye coordination. I also am very pleased that my daughter has 1:1 coaching sessions with Coach Nate. He's the best mentor and really is an inspiration to her.
- Cherie Romeo, mother of 12 year old daughter (Moorpark, California)
My 17 year old son plays club AAU basketball and is learning how to deal with failure. Before the training, she always had bad body language after missing shots and it impacted the rest of the game. Now, she knows how to stay focused and remain positive, even when things don't go bad on the court. The learning experience is very different from traditional methods. The Virtual Reality (VR) experience was off the charts. She would spend time with other athletes and coaches in the metaverse.
