Have confidence in your abilities, knowing how much you prepared, acknowledging your past success, and how your mental strength will help you overcome anything you face. If you prepared for the game, event, or competition, then you should have 100% confidence in your ability to perform at a high level.

Once you have put in the time in training and practicing, then simply use positive affirmations and self-talk to build your confidence and unshakeable mindset.  

Spend all the required time to prepare for a game, event, or competition.  Then use your mental strength to help you perform at your best. Deal with challenges as they come up and continue to Fight ON!
