Challenge: Sit in the Sun for 10 min
For at least 10 minutes a day, go outside and sit in the sun. You’ll sleep better, boost vitamin D, get more fresh air, and even improve your temperature regulation and immune system. Try doing something you already do but move it outside – like exercise.
When natural sunlight hits the skin it triggers the body's production of vitamin D. Vitamin D is also known as “the sunshine vitamin.” It is a crucial ingredient for overall health; protects against inflammation, lowers high blood pressure, helps muscles, improves brain function and may even protect against cancer.
You must not only have a healthy and strong mind, but also a healthy and strong body to Fight ON!
