Challenge: Cut Out 2 Hours of Screen Time


Cut out 2 hours of screen time before bed.  Yes, that means NO cell phone usage for 2 hours.

Too much of a good thing can be detrimental to our health, no matter what our age. Studies show that individuals are spending too much time on their phones.
